Volunteers Opportunities in Great Bend

Schools need volunteer listeners/mentors.
Meals on Wheels need one or two volunteers each day of the week.

After school programs need volunteers to play games and read to elementary students.
Central Kansas Medical Center needs volunteers to work at the front desk, in the gift shop and other areas of the hospital. Volunteers are needed to push the book cart to patients rooms offering books and games for entertainment.
Barton County Adult Education Center has an ongoing need for volunteers to help persons working on GED programs and with the English as a Second Language Program.
Barton County Historical Society needs volunteers to assist with projects and to serve as hosts when the museum is open.
